Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TNFRSF10C RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TNFRSF10C data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TNFRSF10C RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TNFRSF10C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and HNSC show a favorable association.
DLBC, LGG, and HNSC are the cancer types where TNFRSF10C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
