Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF10C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF10C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL1, CXCL8, and CSF3. Each is linked with TNFRSF10C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10C-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF10C versus CXCL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF10C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF10C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
