Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF10C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF10C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, COX15, and MAT1A. Each is linked with TNFRSF10C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10C-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 grouped by TNFRSF10C-low versus TNFRSF10C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF10C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF10C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
