The most reproducible TNFRSF10C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with TNFRSF10C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10C-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10C results are reported.
