Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF10A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFRSF10A-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Activation of NF-kappaB-inducing kinase activity, Regulation of protein deubiquitination, and Histone mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with TNFRSF10A-AS1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10A-AS1 results are reported.
