TNFAIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,489 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELANE, WAS, and CAMP. Each is linked with TNFAIP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP3 versus ELANE in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
