TNFAIP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD2, WAKMAR2, and TNFRSF1B. Each is linked with TNFAIP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP3 versus SOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
