TNFAIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFAIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,152 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNIP1, ZC3H12A, and IL32. Each is linked with TNFAIP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFAIP3 versus TNIP1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
