TNFAIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNFAIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 411 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, SPATA48, and RTL4. Each is linked with TNFAIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP3-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by TNFAIP3-low versus TNFAIP3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
