TNFAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-235P, TTTY7B, and RNU6-1227P. Each is linked with TNFAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNFAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-235P grouped by TNFAIP1-low versus TNFAIP1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
