TNC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,016 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, TGFBI, and ITGA5. Each is linked with TNC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNC-to-partner and partner-to-TNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNC versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
