Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,867 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA5, PDLIM7, and CMTM3. Each is linked with TNC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNC-to-partner and partner-to-TNC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNC versus ITGA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
