TNC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, TFRC, and ASNS. Each is linked with TNC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNC-to-partner and partner-to-TNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TNC-low versus TNC-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
