TNC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,707 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHM2, MGRN1, and VPS37D. Each is linked with TNC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNC-to-partner and partner-to-TNC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHM2 grouped by TNC-low versus TNC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
