Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMX2-CTNND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,991 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMX2-CTNND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Circadian regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with TMX2-CTNND1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMX2-CTNND1-to-partner and partner-to-TMX2-CTNND1 results are reported.
