Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMX2-CTNND1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TMX2-CTNND1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TMX2-CTNND1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMX2-CTNND1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, READ, and ACC are the cancer types where TMX2-CTNND1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
