TMUB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMUB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,184 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARB1, DPP6, and PINK1. Each is linked with TMUB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMUB1-to-partner and partner-to-TMUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMUB1 versus SCARB1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
