TMSB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMSB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, ERO1A, and ITGA5. Each is linked with TMSB10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB10-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMSB10 versus PLAU in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMSB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMSB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
