TMSB10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMSB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,113 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMSB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC11B, ANXA2, and MSI2. Each is linked with TMSB10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMSB10-to-partner and partner-to-TMSB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMSB10 versus ZDHHC11B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMSB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMSB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
