TMPRSS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-2, DEFB4B, and CNMD. Each is linked with TMPRSS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS4-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP21-2 grouped by TMPRSS4-low versus TMPRSS4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPRSS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPRSS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
