The most reproducible TMPRSS11D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, mTOR_pS2448, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TMPRSS11D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS11D-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS11D results are reported.
