Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMPRSS11D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPRSS11D-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA2, MYO3A, and ABCA6. Each is linked with TMPRSS11D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPRSS11D-to-partner and partner-to-TMPRSS11D results are reported.
