TMPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, BUB3, and GMEB1. Each is linked with TMPO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMPO-to-partner and partner-to-TMPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 grouped by TMPO-low versus TMPO-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
