TMOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP443, MTATP6P21, and IGKV2D-19. Each is linked with TMOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-TMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP443 grouped by TMOD2-low versus TMOD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
