TMF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,530 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLGA4, USO1, and TMF1_S344. Each is linked with TMF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMF1 versus GOLGA4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
