TMEM97

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM97 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,607 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM97-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC4, RIF1, and AQR. Each is linked with TMEM97 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM97-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM97 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM97→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
