TMEM95

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM95 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 568 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM95-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, SPANXN5, and LYZL6. Each is linked with TMEM95 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM95-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM95 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM95 versus PRAMEF20 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM95→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM95) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
