TMEM95

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM95 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM95-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT9, KDM3B, and REST. Each is linked with TMEM95 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM95-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM95 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT9 grouped by TMEM95-low versus TMEM95-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM95→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM95) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
