TMEM92-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM92-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM92-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, P4HA2, and ITGA5. Each is linked with TMEM92-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM92-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM92-AS1 results are reported.
