TMEM9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, MICAL1, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with TMEM9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM9 versus BROX in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
