Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP27X, IRF4, and OPTC. Each is linked with TMEM9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM9 versus USP27X in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
