TMEM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGI1, AMELX, and TSHB. Each is linked with TMEM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM9-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGI1 grouped by TMEM9-low versus TMEM9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
