TMEM65

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM65 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,905 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM65-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG1, DERL1, and FAM91A1. Each is linked with TMEM65 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM65-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM65 versus NDRG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM65→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
