TMEM64

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM64-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-458P, UBTFL7, and MIR449B. Each is linked with TMEM64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM64-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-458P grouped by TMEM64-low versus TMEM64-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM64→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
