Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM63B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,927 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM63B-associated genes across cancer lineages are YIPF3, GTPBP2, and MRPL14. Each is linked with TMEM63B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM63B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM63B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM63B versus YIPF3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM63B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM63B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
