TMEM61

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM61 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM61-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S449, PCID2, and HOOK2. Each is linked with TMEM61 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM61-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM61 versus MTA1_S449 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM61→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
