TMEM61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM61-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3158-1, MIR6877, and TRBV11-3. Each is linked with TMEM61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM61-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3158-1 grouped by TMEM61-low versus TMEM61-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM61→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
