TMEM61

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM61 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM61-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Chk2, and Notch1. Each is linked with TMEM61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM61-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM61 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TMEM61-low versus TMEM61-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM61→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM61) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
