Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM61 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM61-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP29. Each is linked with TMEM61 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM61-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM61 results are reported.
