TMEM52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,384 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC5, POLR1A, and XRCC6_T455. Each is linked with TMEM52 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM52-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM52 versus THOC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM52→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
