TMEM52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM52-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, MIR515-2, and RPS29P26. Each is linked with TMEM52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM52-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by TMEM52-low versus TMEM52-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM52→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
