Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,083 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM52-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA modification, Pseudouridine synthesis, and rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with TMEM52 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM52-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM52 results are reported.
