Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM52-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A and SALL3. Each is linked with TMEM52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM52-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM52 results are reported.
