TMEM45A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM45A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,871 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM45A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAP, C1R, and FKBP10. Each is linked with TMEM45A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM45A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM45A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM45A versus CRTAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM45A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM45A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
