TMEM45A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM45A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM45A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with TMEM45A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM45A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM45A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by TMEM45A-low versus TMEM45A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM45A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM45A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
