Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM45A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM45A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, ZNF831, and TAFA1. Each is linked with TMEM45A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM45A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM45A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by TMEM45A-low versus TMEM45A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM45A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM45A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
