TMEM44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P15, MIR548H5, and RN7SL495P. Each is linked with TMEM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM44-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P15 grouped by TMEM44-low versus TMEM44-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
