TMEM37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,422 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, UBQLN4, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with TMEM37 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM37-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM37 versus DAB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
