Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM254 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM254-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DLG1, FCHSD2, and PPP1R18_S368. Each is linked with TMEM254 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM254-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM254 results are reported.
