Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM254 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,059 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM254-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM149B1, ANAPC16, and ASCC1. Each is linked with TMEM254 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM254-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM254 results are reported.
